Request a cost baseline
Tell us a little about your workload and we will come back with what we need to produce your baseline, and what you can expect from it.
Send us a message
You can also email us at hello@quietoverrun.com.
Questions about scope, pricing, contract terms or security review are equally welcome — the plans are here if you want the detail first.
Useful context
A one-line message is plenty. Where you already have these to hand, including them means our first reply comes back with substance rather than questions.
- Your stack
- Which models and providers you use, and roughly how the AI feature fits into your product.
- Monthly spend
- Combined AI and cloud, even as a rough range. It sets the scale of what is worth pursuing.
- What prompted this
- A margin target, a growth plan, or a specific workload you already suspect is inefficient.
- Who owns it
- Who owns infrastructure cost on your side, so we route the conversation correctly.
What happens next
Send the form
Send the form and we reply within one business day with where to send the export. The form itself does not take file attachments.
For the free scan
One file: your provider's usage export, token counts only, no prompts, no outputs. An Anthropic export runs through our tool and comes back as one page. Any other provider's export is read by an analyst.
For the cost baseline
We reply with a short list. Typically a configuration export, a billing summary, and a sample of requests with sensitive content removed. Exports start it: of the 50 findings that price in dollars, 5 size from exports alone. The rest come from things you already hold: written answers, read-only checks your own engineer runs, a sample of redacted requests, and for a few findings a benchmark on your own stack. No credentials and no system access at any stage.
Your baseline, in days
Cost per successful request, where the spend concentrates, and which categories of savings your workload supports — with the measurement behind each number.
Go as deep as you want
From there we scope a full audit in writing with the fee fixed up front, and your baseline fee credited toward it. See the plans.
Preparing your export
For when you send the export. Config files often carry credentials from earlier setup work, so a quick pass before sending keeps everything clean on both sides.
- Remove API keys, tokens, and bearer strings from config files
- Strip passwords out of connection strings and database URLs
- Redact customer names, user identifiers, and message content from samples
- Leave out
.envfiles and environment secrets
Whatever you send is kept in a single folder on an encrypted volume created for your engagement before any file is accepted. It is never committed to source control, and it is deleted within thirty days of delivery. We send you the confirmation. Full detail on the security page.
